Patti Tours is a privately owned company that focuses on senior group travel. Pattie Harrell is owner and director of the company. The office staff that assists Pattie in all areas is Twyla Fallahay, Robin Mongoven, and Anna Ligon. Patti Tour guides/escorts are Pattie Harrell, and Twyla Fallahay. Patti Tours has been in business for 13 years. However Pattie's experience in organizing group travel for seniors totals 22 years. Prior to the organization of Patti Tours, Pattie worked for nine years as a recreation coordinator for the Dallas Parks & Recreation Dept. where emphasis was placed on senior program development With a B. S. degree in Recreation & Leisure from Texas Tech University, Pattie has a strong background in leisure planning. Coupled with her years of experience in putting tours together for seniors, we feel as a company confident in our products. Our goal for our customers is to have fun, find our tours to be a value, experience it all feel safe and secure, and create memories that will be cherished. Many of Pattie's clients have been traveling with her for 22 years now, thus the development of many friendships. Patti Tours has remained a small group tour operator in order to put that personal touch on each and every tour. We organize and promote tours from one day tours to multiple day international tours. Our tours are marketed through the monthly publication SR News, our own quarterly newsletter, periodic Dallas Morning News advertisements and most importantly by word of mouth. Patti Tours will customize tours for church groups, clubs and organizations, recreation centers & senior centers. Small groups often select from Pattie's current listing of tours and will reserve a set number of spaces. Patti Tours office hours are basically M-F 9 AM-3 PM. Our answering machine, caller ID and cell phones make it possible for us to work beyond those basic hours. We hope you will join us and discover -THE FUN WAY TO GO.
